Formation Real Estate set out to create a full-service brokerage company custom-tailored to their clients’ needs. I was tasked with designing a company overview piece for the brand to use to provide for their clients, covering the basics of the company itself, three case studies, and a team bio page. Using creative layout, photography, and hierarchy, I was able to compile this information in a concise and easy-to-follow manner, while maintaining visual interest.
