Corduroy is a high end men’s clothing and lifestyle store founded in 1938  in the heart of New York City. The brand is known primarily for their high end, custom made suits and tailoring. However, they also sell anything from cashmere sweaters, dress shoes, and accessories such as cufflinks, bow ties, and pocket squares. Customers can meet with our in-house designer to create their dream dress shirt, picking out fabric, cut, and even having their initials monogrammed onto the end of the sleeve to add a personal touch to your clothing. Outside of apparel, Corduroy sells a variety of other products such as their own whiskey, cigars, and watches.

THE LOGO
The combination mark for Corduroy reflects the regal and timeless aesthetic of a unique coin. The octagon shape creates a luxury appeal, paired with the profile of a line to bring in a masculine element. The brand emblem of a C is integrated into the lion's mane to give another added proprietary element to the icon. The logo typography uses an all capital treatment to add a confident attitude, and the slight break in the strokes gives the type texture that relates back to the heavy amount of detail in the coin.

THE BRAND ELEMENTS
Corduroy precisely toys the link between tradition and modernity, using its secondary elements to add depth and texture. The Corduroy lockup, consisting of the brand's icon, typography, and tagline, is a solid piece that allows a greater story to be told. With Corduroy specializing in a one-on-one, personal luxury shopping experience, business cards are crucial for employees and consumers alike to save, so customers can continue coming back and working with their same specialist to enhance their experience and formulate personal relationships.

THE PACKAGING
Once the in-store Corduroy experience comes to an end, the packaging ensures a final, yet still thoughtful and branded take away for the customer. The clean and modern external boxes and bags and complimented with a more abstract tissue paper, incorporating hand-drawn elements that relate back to the clothing industry and the brand's tradition alike, giving an overall luxury appeal.

This campaign highlights the contributions Corduroy makes to EEA, showcasing the materials that most would consider 'scraps,' but Corduroy considers them new beginnings.

Corduroy utilizes their e-commerce website to showcase the up-in-coming fashion trends so consumers can shop both online and in store to achieve their ideal customer service and satisfaction.


THE SUBSIDIARY BRAND - BELVEDERE
Just around the corner from the original Corduroy storefront in New York City, Belvedere is a speak-easy and smoke lounge. This VIP experience is an exclusive lounge for consumers of Corduroy to come socialize at, and also sells hand-carved pipes and cigars so the experience of Belvedere can continue into your own home.
